SAG AWARDS RSVP SCREENING PROGRAM
The SAG Awards RSVP Screening Program is available to active, paid-up members of SAG-AFTRA members who want to receive email notifications about FYC screenings, Q&As, and other awards-season events hosted by studios and networks.
How It Works
- Sign up to receive notifications via email for up to 2 (two) regional areas.
- Events are announced on a rolling basis; there is no centralized calendar of upcoming events.
- RSVPs are first come, first served, and Nominating Committee members may be prioritized.
- Admittance is not guaranteed.
To ensure you receive notices:
- Check your spam and security filters.
- Add DoNotReply@mg.sagawardsRSVP.org to your address book to avoid blocked emails.
PARTICIPATION POLICIES
Participation in the SAG Awards RSVP Program requires that all SAG-AFTRA members agree to adhere to the following rules:
RSVP Guidelines
- When RSVPing, you must select "SAG-AFTRA" as your affiliation. Falsely claiming Nominating Committee status may result in union disciplinary action.
- If you RSVP to an event but can no longer attend, you must cancel using the cancellation email listed in the invitation. This courtesy allows others to attend in your place.
- Members may not contact studios directly except to RSVP to events. All other requests or questions regarding events must be directed to the Awards Office.
Conduct & Behavior at Events
SAG-AFTRA members and their guests must behave in a professional and courteous manner when attending FYC events. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Behaving courteously towards other members, event organizers/staff, and guests, and avoiding disruptions during the course of events.
- Complying with the event organizer’s rules and policies, particularly with respect to photography and video recording. Autographs, selfies, or photography requests of any kind are not permitted.
- Members must present their valid SAG-AFTRA ID card at event check-in.
- It is unacceptable for members to attempt to access events without a proper RSVP or ticket, present fraudulent identification, or enable another person to falsely represent themselves using your identification and/or Nominating Committee card.
Any violation of the rules or transgression of decorum will be subject to review by the Awards Committee, which has authority to remove the member from present and future Nominating Committees and recommend that a member be brought up on member disciplinary charges pursuant to the SAG-AFTRA Constitution.
